Printing problem - Temporary File Init Error

WE get the error "Temporary File Init Error" when we try to print various reports from Accpac Small Business version 4.2

Check your permissions to the TEMP folder

Jay,

Thanks for the tip but that did not do the trick, i changed the temp file locations to a new folder and checked the permissions, we still had the same issue.
So I returned both the tmp and temp locations to their
original locations.

Here's an old fix that might work

To correct the problem, just add the line 'CSV=A4WXCSV,Comma Separated values,CSV,TRUE,3' to the
FileFormats section in the A4W.INI file. An example of the A4W.INI file should look like this:

[FileFormats]
CSV=A4WXCSV,
Comma Separated Values,CSV,TRUE,3

Thanks agian for your help Jay, but that line is already in the ini file.

I am going to give this problem to Accpac Support
