Printing out an email with the attached file showing?

Hi there,


Is it possible to print an email showing the attached file?
If so how is it done?
Outlook 2002.

When you mean showing the attached file, you mean just the name of the file, not the actual contents, correct?

Here are two different ways you can do it. The easy way is it is in your inbox, open up th email, click on the printer icon on the task menu. This should print out everything including whatever is listed in the attachements line.

You can also try to highlight the whole body of your email. Then hold down the ctrl key, and highlight the attachements, then go to print and make sure you tell it to print selection instead of all or whatever. It will print everything highlighted and even the from, to , & subject fields.
