Printing one page not all data retreived

Hello,

I am looking to print one page on a report, for example, I have a query thats retreives 51 rows and I only want to print what fits on the first page and to digard the other rows...thanks Rich

Add a suppress formula which says pagenumber > 1 for each section displayed.

If you get a second page, then you've probbaly not suppressed all of the sections, or you're resetting page numbers at some point.

Sorry, I don't have time to work on a report right now, someone else here might.
