Recently I downloaded a font - exotica which is True Type Font from Photoshop Roadmap. It looks nice to use as a drop cap. However, although seen on computer (even in preview)- I'm using InDesign CS4 on Windows - the page printed but the drop cap didn't: it was left as blank space! It printed magnificently when I used it in Microsoft's Word. Can anyone please guide me what can I do to make it print? Thanks in anticipation.

...is the font this one?

...if so, is the drop cap a uppercase keystroke or a lowercase keystroke?

...out of interest, if it is set to uppercase, try lowercase instead.
