Hi,
Well as I could not get duplicate labels thru, mail label format, I used a standard report to design my labels. I have about 14 labels in each page.
My Question is Suppose I print 5 copies of a page . I want the first page labels to Print
1. XXXXXXXX 1.XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Page 2 to print

2.XXXXXXXX 2.XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX

so on till 5. Is there any way I could use a parameter field or formula to acheive the result. I have no clue as to how to go about this. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
Judy

Can you simply put the page number on the label? Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

I am printing the same page, and I am specifing in the print dialog box 5 copies. Which means the page number is always 1.
The problem is like this Book "XYZ" has 10 boxes and I need to print 10 pages with Page 1 showing
1 XXXXXXX 1 XXXXXX
XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

and page 2 showing
2 XXXXXXXX 2 XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX
for 10 pages

Then when the next record say Book"ABC" has 5 boxes then 5 Pages of labels should be printed with the same format.
The group should duplicate the record depending on the boxes and then move to the next record. IS it possible ????

Thanks

Judy,

I was trying to do something very similar a week or so ago regarding looping through records and creating "X" number of labels per part, reading the next record and then "Y" number of labels, etc. I was never successful at this with a purely crystal reports solution - I had to go to VB.

Is this what you want Judy?

I'd still love a crystal solution to this if anyone has it. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office

Hi dgillz,
This is exactly what I want. X number of pages for book "ABC" and y number of pages for book "EFG"(depending on the number of boxes). The only problem is we do not have VB and the whole report is a Sql and crystal report. Is there any work around ?
If it is okay is it possible to mail me the VB solution .

Thanks

Judy-

I said "labels" and you said "pages". I am not sure you can use my solution. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
