Printing Memo Fields on a Report

I have a report which prints data produced by a query. One field from the query needed by the report is a memo field. The query will not produce more than 255 characters of the memo field. What should I do to correct this?

Take a look at the underlying query that your report uses to see if the limit is also showing their.

The query truncates at 255. Is there a way to fix that?

Are you applying any formatting to the query field?? If so, try removing the formatting....

OK, so is your field either based on a calculation or is the query based on another query?

Thanks for your help. Solved the problem by removing the group by in the query.
