Printing List

Hi

We have a print room folder which every morning stores a list of reports within Crystal Enterprise. These reports have been scheduled and run in an overnight batch the previous evening. Is there any way of having a folder which holds these reports and then once the reports are sent to print the reports leave the print room folder to another folder called printed.

The reason for this is to make sure the reports are only printed once?

You would have to create a Crystal Server Page to do this or maybe create a VB application that uses the RDC to perform the transfer.

Another option, easier but I am not sure if this will serve your needs, is to schedule the report to save the report instance to a folder somewhere. In CE you can have the report file name saved with the date and time in the name thus distinguishing that file from all the others.
