Printing in Lotus Notes 4.5

I would like to know if there is a way to print all my email messages in a folder or if I have to go into each one separately and print them. Is there one button I could click to print them all?

Unfortunately, Notes is pants for doing anything in bulk.
You'll have to go through each mail and print them individually.

Hi LoriV.

It can be done.
In your mailfile, highlight the mails you want to print.
Click File>Print.
Make sure it says 'selected documents' in the View Options and you are away !....Sorry ITpaul but Notes rules !
