Printing from Excel spreadsheet type is small

I have a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that whenever I schedule a job from Seagate Info and print the spreadsheet the type is very small. I know how to fix it in Excel before I print it, but is there a setting in Crystal Reports that will fix this?

Try selecting the field, click on format, Format the Field and change the font size.

Open the report and in the File|Printer Setup menu box, select "No Printer". We had a similar problem and this fixed it for us.
