Printing from Excel 2010

Hi all,

I have an odd issue where users on a network are trying to print from Excel to a network printer other than there default printer which Excel prints to fine.
Every time a user try’s to print to another network printer e.g. File - Print – e.g. Staff room colour, it just jumps back to the default printer?

Office 2010 - Excel 2010
Windows 7 32 bit.

Any help appriciated

Does that happen only with Excel? How about any other Office products: Word, Power Point?
How about non-office programs?

Just Excel, Word, PDFs etc are ok.

How does the user print? Ctrl-P or click on the printer icon?
