Printing Forms

[ProgEval]

I have a data entry form that is not only used as a means to enter data, but also a document that needs to be printed off. In my form view, the client is selected and only data for that client shows up on the form. Although, I will only want to print off the client in my database that is selected, not all of them. Right now it wants to print a form off for every client in my database.

Is there a setting that helps with this issue?

For the [blue]DoCmd.OpenReport[/blue] method, have a look at the [blue]WhereCondition[/blue] arguement! . . .
