Printing, etc...

Hi,
This may be a fairly simple question. How do I find how many records and/or pages Crystal is about to print out before it does? Also, is there a way to force CR to print only simplex if your default printer is setup as duplex? I am using CR v8.0 and VB v6.0 SP 4.

There is a crystal 'Special Field' available, Total Page Count. You could place this in your report header, with some text such as 'This report consists of xxxx pages'. Immediately the report is previewed, the total page count would be displayed without having to go to the last page. You could use the 'Page n of m' function as an alternative.
