printing envelopes in word 2002

When printing envelopes the 1st one will print correctly, then when I try to print another one I recieve the following message "The margin of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page". I have keep exiting word between each print to order to print multiple envelopes. Another strange thing is, using mail merge to print multiple envelopes works fine.

I have more or less the same issue when printing C4 envelopes. Did you get an answer to your question?
