I print duplexed forms from different versions of AIX. 4.3.0.0 , 4.1.5.0 and others.
I have no problem printing this form from the other versions except for the 4.1.5.0.
We usr PCL commands and are printing to an HP LJ4000.

It prints out 2 pages instead of 1 double sided page.
Has anybody come across something like this?

I would appreciate any help. It is driving me nuts.

Hello,
AIX 4.1.5 is out of support product. Get to AIX 4.3.3 then people will help you.

4.1.5 is not completelt out of support - IBM supports upgrading it to 4.3.3 or 5.1

Sorry if you have already gone through that, but...

Are you printing from all those different AIX versions to the same physical printer?
If no, then it could be a setting on the printer itself.

Another thought:
Are you using the correct "driver" for this particular printer?

Yes I am printing to the same printer from all versions and the driver is good. I think it has something to do with the version.
I am goin to upgrade to a newer version. I will keep you guys informed.

I think the OS upgrade is a good idea, but what about reinstalling the printer driver related filesets on the current version?
