PRINTING BATCH FILE IN ENTER SHIPMENTS SBT PRO 5.0

Hi Guys,
I have a problem printing in a batch mode, from the Enter Shipments, the funny thing is only happens with one particular company
for example i can print in batch mode for my company APEX04 but i cannot do the same for CAPEX02

When i am ready for printing in batch mode for CAPEX02, I ALWAYS GET THIS ERROR

"ERROR 5: Record is out of range
Called from:ARPSTM LINE NUMBER 1506
PROGRAM CODE CAUSING ERROR:
.NOT.DELETE()"

IGNORE RETRY DEBUG QUIT buttons are available it does not matter if i press ignore i continue getting the same error until they system says
no records for issue a report.
all the data is in armast02.dbf and also in artran02.dbf
I cannot figure out what is going on, why the program work for another company and not for this one, it is same program that is called
the whole time "ARPSTM.prg"
can anyone help Please

First of all, did you reindex ?
If so, it has to do that the particular invoice doe not have any details.
Check the file artranxx for corresponding details.
The easiest way to void the particular invoice, then re-dreated it, or mark prtid = "P" in armast.

Thanks a lot Edgar, yes some of the invoices did not have details, what i did was i marked all records in armast with prtis= 'P'
