Printing area codes and time zones

Hi all,
Can someone please explain how i can capture/print all area codes, RLIs, time zones and create a spreadsheet? thank you in advance.

Area Codes would be printed in LD 90 for NPA's
RLI's would be printed in LD 86

Don't know what you mean by time zones, you mean in the RLI?

The Time of Day Schedules are also built in LD 86
