Printing AP checks problem

Our GP administrator is no longer at our company and I've had to assume most of the responsibility without much training right now.

Here is my problem...

We have several users in our company with the ability to print AP checks. We have a description field that prints on the check. When some of the users print the checks, the description prints on the check like it should..but we have a couple of users where the description does not print on the check (it never prints for these users). Would this be a problem with the template? We are using Mekorma to print the checks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet is to check with Mekorma on this. Does not sound like a GP problem.
