Version: Groupwise 5.5.4
OS: Windows 95
Error : Grpwise caused and invalid page fault in
module sccut.dll
Error : Error F unable to view this file DZ

A user Running windows 95 recieves "Error F
unable to view this file DZ" when she tries to
view the message in quick view. She cannot print
messages either. When She exits Grpwise she
recieves "Grpwise caused and invalid page fault
in module sccut.dll". This looked a lot like TID
10051888 so I deleted the TTFcache file then
rebooted the computer. Then uninstalled groupwise
and ran the groupwise cleaning agent. Then
Reinstalled groupwise, But the problem still
exists.

The first tests to do for Groupwise is to determine if it is the userid or workstation.

Can the user use another workstation OK?
Can another user use this pc for Groupwise OK?

Which ever of these test work will determin where the problem lies.

If it is user specific then some Gwchecks may resolve the problem. If its the pc then a reinstall of pc may be needed.

The user can login to another workstation and print.

The problem is with the computer.
I tried re-installing groupwise and that did not help

Read the TID that you have already tried. Drilling through Microsoft stuff try this one(you prob already have but never know)

If that fails and you have already booted the pc in safe mode it would apear to be a complete re-install of the pc. There would appear some fundemental corruption of Win95 OS. Lee Smith
