I have a 4 Page report , only the second page is in two column format. At the moment I have to print page 2 as a separate report and then collate it with the other pages. Is there any way to print a report where the page formats are different. I have tried inserting page 2 as a subreport but that messes up the printing of the other pages.
TIA

Hi again! I'm not sure having looked at those webpages that they cover what I want to do. Just to develop my problem further. The report is 4 pages long, three (1,3 and 4) of the pages are set to 1 column in the Page setup but 1 page (page 2) is set to two columns. If I include the page 2 as a subreport at the end of page 1 then all the report seems to want to print as a 2 column page and the contols are all screwed up over pages 1,3 and 4. So I print page 2 seperately and collate it with the other pages after. What I want to do is to print all 4 pages together. Pages 3 and 4 are also subreports at the end of page one with page breaks to make them print on seperate pages. How do I do this?
Thaks for your input, really appreciated
Tony

tonywilliams,

Set the NewRowOrCol property..

You will need to change it from one page to another. Other wise is uses the page default.

Reference my first link.

Good Luck..

It would appear that there is a bug in Access 2000 according to the Microsoft site that want allow the sub report to go Down then Across it has to go Accross then Down. This is OK but it makes my report a little less attractive from a presentation point of view. Do you know of a work round. Thanks again for the previous pointers at least I overcame the problem of the seperate page printing.
