Printing ACD Reports to Epson FX880 printer

Hello All,
We are trying to hook up an old Epson FX880 to print the hourly ACd reports..Are there any special settings I need to change to get this printer to work?

Epson FX880 that is a serial printer (?) if so the speed settings have to match to output of the tty as well as protocol ( 8 none and 1) most commonly..

might consider plugging in that to a pc comm port with pc plus of hyperterm and capture them to a file.. then you can email them or print them to a network or local printer.. the bad thing about that old printer is the paper jams, the tape breaks, those can dis the tty etc.. constant headache
