Is there a way of printing a word documant as a book, that is, smaller than A4 (like a pocket book)? Thank you.

If your printer (and installed printer driver) support it you can setup duplex printing like a book and have it print 2 pages per sheet on both sides. This is totally dependant on your specific printer, what model do you have?

Our office printer (Canon iR8500) will even staple the pages together for you, great for fanzines and the like!

A,

Some printers have this feature built in to the driver. Office 203 has this feature. Otherwise you need a third party utility such as ClickBooks.
