Printing a Graphic in Word 2002

I've added a graphic to my document and am trying to print it out on an HP4500 color printer and it comes out blank. There's no text only the graphic in this doc. I've printed out the same graphic using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on the same printer and it printed up fine.

Any ideas?

on tools/options/ print tab, is include drawing objects selected?

Yes it's checked.

Is your printer set on draft mode instead of normal or best?

The printer doesn't have the "draft" box checked just the "background printing" and "paper resize" boxes checked under printing options.
