A few months ago we came up with a form that prints a ticket for one job (one record in a job table). The form prints out very well and several customer service reps are using it. Now we have added a sub form which contains all the ship to names for each job. That could range from 1 to 10.
The problem we have is that when we print the form, we no longer get only one copy. It prints the same number of copies as the number of ship to locations for this job.
We can solve that by selecting file print and then one copy, but we would like to have a better way for the CSR's to do it.
We are not very experienced with Access, but do love how it works. It generally is quite easy to get what we want. However, I am now a little stumped.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks very much.
