I print a lot of shipping labels for Amazon. Never had an issue until this month. Previously when I selected the label printer it would automatically adjust to the proper print size. Now it stays on 11 by 8.5 and will not let me change it. I have an older PC with windows 7 and the using the same file it will adjust to the proper size and print correctly. I have gotten labels from other sources and they also print fine. Not sure where the problem might be. Any suggestions? Using Adobe Acrobat reader DC 20-012-20048
