Printers not propagating to all profiles

I think this is an easy one. When we setup up an XP PRO workstation, and configure network printers (local printers are fine), the network printers only show in the profile that they were set up for.
The network printers are all in Active directoy on the network, and we have tried installing them from the active directory to no avail. Please help...

The Printers are all spooled through a win2K server running AD. They are mostly running JEt direct printer servers, or built in printer servers (for example ricoh).
