Printers disappearing and reappearing in Windows 2000

Hi,

One of my users did have this problem. When she go in her Printers folders. She do not see any printers (she had 5 installed). Even if she tries to had a printer, she cannot because "the printer folders is not availlable". I logged her off and logged myslef (I'm admin) and it was the same thing. We rebooted, everything was ok. Anyone has an idea?

If you are using Netware servers, I think could be the issue maybe. I have same trouble here once in a while and was told it was due to Netware 5.0 servers?

We are using Windows 2000 servers.

did the rpc service or spooler service get stopped?

I did not checked the services at that time. For the moment, I wait to see if it will do it again.

I will do all the update availlable by winupdate. It may solve the problem. Any other ideas?

Make sure SP2 is on there also.
