printers and profiles

Our student profile (mandatory) has a printer in it that I don't want them to have. Their policy stops them deleting or adding.
Do I have to make the profile roaming, take away the policy, delete the printer and then copy the roaming profile back to the server and make madatory again or is there and easier way?

on the server, you should remove the policy from adding/deleting , logon as the student profile and get rid of the printer.

After that, go back and add the policy back to were it was.
