When you try to print from word instead of hitting the print button choose file then print(or just ctrl+p)and look to see what word is using as the printer

When I choose file or ctrl+P I get the right printer HP 1120C but no text, It sounds like its printing but nothing on page..In Corel or Word pad it prints..

Tried reinstalling the printer drivers yet?

sounds more like a word problem than a printer problem, not sure what version of windows your using or version of word, but somewhere i heard that alot of problems with word can be fixed by locating and deleting a file called normal.dot which i think has the configuration settings for word, give that a try. use find command and locate normal.dot and delete it then startup word it will replace this file then try to print

Well put BuckeyeComputers, but...don't go deleting it just yet. If you've got anything at all that you want saved, such as macros, global template info, etc., rename your normal.dot something like normal.old for the time being. If the problems disappear when normal.dot gets recreated, you still have the original scheme to bring over, rather than having to recreate everything. Of course, if there's nothing in there to worry over, blast away...
