When trying access / install a network printer i get "Access Denied", is there a way round this ?

I am trying to install the printer using a local administrators account, however i get access denied. I can access the print server, however i can not install the printer as it says "Access denied" , Im thinking that usually you gain access via your network login credentials when using a domain account, however, im using a local administrators account, and i cannot get access ?

Does anyone know how i can get round this problem ?

Can i specify who to connect to the printer as ( by specifying a network account), when using a local account ?

Or is it possible to give access on this printer queue, specifying for the local account on this computer, is this possible ?

Any information / input would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
