Many printers utilize escape codes to facilitate feeding and reverse feeding paper. More commonly, you'll find these types of commands available on printers that use continuous paper feeds like rolls or fan folded tracter feed printers.
These codes vary from printer to printer, so you will need to check your documentation and possibly check with panasonic for the specific commands.
If available, you'll be sending raw strings to the printer using the following format:
open "lpt1" for output as #1 '(or freefile)
print #1, "ESC 127"
Print #1, "ESC &H01 200"
close #1 '(freefile)

Did you look into the escape codes for that specific printer model as I suggested? You've got the know-how as we provided, you just need to plug in the details, if they exist.
Check with Panasonic for the control codes.
