Under OS9 I always printed the window of the disc i was sending to my printer so they could see what the contents were without having to insert the disc.

Is there an easy way to do this in OSX (Jag)?

It took me forever to figure this out after making the switch to OSX:

In your Applications folder, under Utilities, there is a program called "Grab". This will do screen captures. It actually gives you more control than the old method.

Or press Command+Shift+4 then drag the marquee over the window.

A grab of that area is then saved to your desktop as a PDF.

I know this isn't exactly what you mean, but I've not had OSX long enough to need to print a window.

Yes, that works.

I figured out that if you press the space bar afer command+shift+4 then if does the whole window so you dont need to drag at all.
