You could also try sharing the printer off an NT/2000/XP machine, then on all your PC's use something like:
NET USE LPT2 \\2KMACHINE\USBPRINTER
Then print to LPT2 from the FP DOS app. Note that a lot of cheapo crap USB printers don't support networking because all the brains they need to actually print are in the Windows driver.
