Print to a uniquely named file

When the print button is pressed, we would like to send the report to a file with a name based on the userid/printdate/printtime. Does anyone know how to do this or if it can be done? We are currently on crystal v9.

That sounds like part of it. I don't want the user to have to enter the file name. I want it to be created by the system.

You would need to create your own application to do this. Alternatively, at least some of the Report Managers listed at:

can do this for you.
