I have some code that automatically prints a report when a button is pushed. Many people will be using this application in different places and I need to be able to print to the same printer every time.

I see that there is a printer object, but can I set a particular printer on the network as the one to print to every time???

PLEASE HELP!

Open the report in design view, click File -> Page Setup in the menu, click the Page tab, check the Use Specific Printer button and specify the printer....As long as that printer exists on the machine it will print there.

If the printer is available on the network, but is not necessarily selected at the person's who is using the database's desk, do you think that it will still work?

If the printer is not set up at the user's computer, then you have a problem. When the report is run it will error and give them one of the following options pick a different printer or use the default printer instead.
