Is the Print Spooler service started and on automatic?
Right click My Computer icon/ Manage/ Services and Applications /Services. Double click on any service to access properties.
The print spooler is started and on automatic. That with the advice that had been given for similar problem in win 2000 NT eg Sys32, spool, printers, delete all in printer folder, then restart. Has my HP working, keeping my fingers crossed as I try to set up the Epson. Thanks for the prompt responce. gerry
