Yes. We tried changing printers, and still no change. It seems to be a problem with her profile because another user attempted using the print screen on her(user having issue) computer but just under the different users own profile and the print screen worked fine.
I would then rename her current profile to XXXXXold and then create a new profile and see if it resolves the issue. If it does, then copy over neccesary files from the old profile.
