Print Row on Every Page

I found the following code from using the Macro REcorder to print row 5 on every page, however it doesn't work.

activesheet.pagesetup.PrintTitleRows = "$5:$5"

Can anybody tell me why this would not work?

This may sound a stupid question but in what way does it not work?
ie
Is the title line not set?
Does it not print desite being successfully set?
Is it not at the top of the page?

The last one is a distinct possibility for the first page when using row 5 as the header row unless the print area is set.

Is this all from a SINGLE WOSKSHEET?
