Print Reports setup gone haywire

I have finished a A2000 database and was just about ready to show the completed version to a Finance Director

Luckily....... I went through it at my desk first

All the page setups for each report have changed to a paper size of "postcard" and messed about with the layouts

Firstly, does anyone know why this may of happend, and secondly does anyone know how to make sure my landscape reports always come out as landscape on A4 paper ???
