Print Queue pauses automatically

Hello All.

We upgraded from NT4 to windows 2003, with no problems, except a issue with printing. Users click on print and the job goes to the printer, but automatically pauses. The user can wait 7 minutes and teh job printes on it's own or the can right click and select print now and it prints fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Open the Printers folder in the control panel.
Select Server Properties from the file menu.
Under the Advanced section, turn off Log spooler information.
