Win2k workstations /NT-4 print server.
Printing to various printers on TCP/IP network. PS-3

I keep getting "Access Denied, unable to connect" at the top of my print queue windows. The printers print the docs and images, but even if I grant full control of the printers to the users they still cannot see documents in the queues, much less be able to manage them. The only place we can see them is in the queue on the server itself.

Can someone give me an idea where to start on this problem? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked your DNS and WINS sounds like name resolving problems. Also are there any errors in Event Viewer Thanks

event 7026 is
Self-explanatory. If a device is not working properly, its driver fails to load when NT/2000 starts.
cdralwnt = CDRALWNT.SYS (Used by ECDC and DirectCD in Windows NT4)
Sounds like ECDC/direct cd needs to be updated or reinstalled.
