print .psd in VB

Hello experts,
I am writing a VB automation to print .psd files. Most of the files are larger than a normal letter page, and I know in the File menu -> printpreview-> scaled to fit option. I am wondering how to set this option through VB script?
And how to print a.psd file with multiple layers?

Sorry I forget to mention i use photoshop CS 8 and windows XP
