Hello,
I had Crystal Reports 7 installed on an NT 4.0 Server machine with IIS 4. I then upgraded to CR 8.5. I created a fairly simple report and used Recrystallize Pro to turn it into an ASP page using the ActiveX viewer to display the report. The report works great, but when I click the print button I get a Crystal Report Viewer window with the message, "Counld not start print job." I tried deleting the ActiveX object from my browser then reopening the report to make sure I had the 8.5 version, but it never prompted me to reinstall the object, so I am not sure if that worked. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
