Hi there,
I am having issues viewing my report on different computers. I have 5 computers in my office and 4 of the computers view all of the information on my access report just fine. The 5th machine (my boss' PC) can not view all of the report information in print preview mode for some reason!!! And he wants to be able to print preview the complete report... PLEASE help, has anyone ever had this happen before?
BTW, we are all using the same operating system (XP) and the same version of MS Access......
Thanks for looking at my post... :)

Hi Dhookom,

yes, I have tried that already and it didn't work. I am running MS Office updates right now. Maybe that will fix the problem. Any other suggestions, I can try???? I'm desperate here. Lol

Does the boss see any of the report? Try put a text box in the Report Header section that counts the number of records:
Control Source: =Count(*)
This should confirm whether the query is returning the correct number of records.
