I can't figure out how to print preview multiple worksheets using Excel 2000.

Can someone tell me the steps to do so?

Thank you,

Holding down the Ctrl key click on the sheet tabs of the sheets you wantt to preview and then proceed to preview as normal. That should take you through all the sheets, page by page, sheet by sheet. As far as i know you cannot preview more than one page at a time in excel, unlike word.

If you want to select all sheets, instead of Ctrl, hold Shift , select the first sheet, then the last and all in between should also be selected.

Important : When you have finished previewing make sure you select a single sheet, as any operations you subsequently carry out will apply to all selected sheets, including data entry.

Thank you for your reply. I am so sorry that I couldn't get back to you earlier. My little boy has been sick, and I had to stay with him pretty much all day long. As this is my first question at Tek-Tips forum, I was so happy to recieve such a helpful response from you.

This question came from MOUS prep software that I am using to prepare for the real exam. As you stated, we can't print preview multiple worksheets . Thus, I don't know why this question popped up.

Again, thank you for getting back to me.
