Print Preview displays correctly, Report View doesn't.

I've built a report in Access 2007 which contains 6 subreports. In Print Preview, all looks fine. In Report View (which the client prefers before printing), the first sub looks good, but the second seems to be overwritten in places by the third, and none of the later subs show at all. The same happens in Layout View. Any ideas? Thanks

Yeah, me too, but the client wants it. I think in addition to printing the report, she often needs to cut and paste from it. But in the end, I just don't understand the concept behind the Report View. What is it supposed to do other than show a Print Preview w/o page breaks? It does let you highlight, copy and paste. What are its limitations? I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.

If she wants simply to copy and paste, I would consider providing a query or possibly printing to PDF. I'm not sure about the functionality of Report View especially with multiple subreports.

I guess I wasn't clear. She needs the report as is. She also needs to write up a summary and wants to be able to cut and paste from the report. This is just one of seventeen reports on this project. All the others perform as expected in Report View. But this is the only one that includes subreports and in fact has six of them. I'd like to know if there is any inherent limitation to subs that cause this problem. Or is this some Access flakiness like we used to run into in early versions. I'm sure I can find a work around (actually she can cut and paste from the data entry forms), but I'd like to understand what's going on.
