Your PBX should be capable of providing CDR records which will show the outbound calls. This is however a raw stream of data and is not easy to manipulate into a report that can easily be read. The easiest thing to do is get with a company that can convert this raw data into useable data who will then post it in a secure web site for you to download the reports.(ATCOMM is one such provider that we use) Next up, you collect it yourself and manipulate it using in house software or off the shelf software, such as the offerings from Nortel, but there are other companies out there that will supply the right software for you.
...... all it takes is money!
If you start looking for CA software and have a NICE budget $$$, I would recommend Microcall. If you no budget I would look at Call Account Mate. I have used them both. Microcall is the Bentley of the software line and you will pay for it. Call accounting Mate will get the job done. No bells no whistles, just a seat steering wheel and engine.

If you capture the CDR data to a PC it is not at all difficult to read. You can use use any word type program to search for DN's that you are looking for, or search for the actual number called, however you want to look at it. THe only cost would be the PC that stores the data, but really any older PC that will run Procomm will work.
much lower cost than any 2nd party, unless you are actually wanting to send out billing to tenants.
