I think he is talking about a merlin Magix and on that you can print all. in the IPO you can export the config using manager or you can open a config and do a save-as

i know about the save as, i want to be able to print the extension, port etc document only like merlin does

what i am doing is a huge upgrade migration and want to give the other techs just a extension list with port print out, trying to make it easy for the migration. versus going to he PC and calling out the extension with ports

Export everything you need or make screenshots.
You can use the config in csv and change it fron comma separated to tabs.

funnily enough, I was looking at this only yesterday for the first time.

Would be even better if you could save the file in execl format or others. Might have to Google print driver to Excel file.

It is amazing that you get into a routine of stuff you do with the applications and not look at all of it because it is new and suddenly when you discover it you hit yourself and swear that you will do better next time an improvement comes along, which may or may not happen. ;-)

I keep finding new short cuts in Manager too.

Now I just double click and right click in random places to see what happens!!!!

Right Clicking on Users brings up some kind of User Rights window.

you can also double click licenses and assign them to Users, sometimes it is needed to make them work correctly I have noticed.

Right Clicking on Users brings up some kind of User Rights window.

This is because you do not use the "show group pane"

Then you just hit the right mouse button and it open a sub menu and then you click right again but that is just selecting user rights.

Try it with a group and you will delete it bacause that is then the option at that place

If you use the "group pane" then it will not work.
So this is not a hidden option but useful for you.

I use the Print from SSA all the time, it's useful to print traces to prove things etc. Would be much better if when printing the Extn list it would add the DDI/DID against the users
