Print option display problem

When attempting to print a document, (checks,invoices,etc), my print dialog box has disappeared. I still get the option to print, but the box that appears is a blue screen with options similar to ReportMaster. In addition, this blue box appears constantly throughout my screens (but displayed behind the screen). Wierd.

In the middle of a print job yesterday, I had several error messages appear but they disappeared quickly. I think a file has been corrupted that displays print options.(dlg_rptmaster maybe). Any ideas?

Sorry, Sage Mas 200 Version 3.50 with Seagate Crystal Reports 8.

More specific information about this printing problem:

PANEL PROCESSING ERROR

Error #13 File access mode invalid.
Screen DLG_quick in z/mas90/so/sowdba.lib.

SO-19xxx.soa does not have correct permissions.
