Do you mean to print something that appears on the form, such as the entry in a text box, or actually have a line of text appear on a form? Your post isn't very clear.

If you want text to appear in the Windows Title Bar of your form, you need to open up the properties box for the form, select "Format" and then enter your text in the "Caption" property.
To place text anywhere else on the form you have to add a Label Control. It's icon is up on the Toolbar, usually next to the textbox icon. It looks like Aa.
Place the Label on your form, and enter at least one character. If you don't enter at least one character, Access assumes you have changed your mind, and takes the Label back. After this, you can select the Label and edit/add text, change font and background colors, and add special effects (such as giving it a sunken or raised appearance).
Hope this helps.

If you're looking to draw a line on a form, in the toolbox there is a line tool. Not sure what the name of it is, but its icon looks like a diagonal line. Click this and draw a line however you see fit on your form.
