I cannot figure how to get multiple records per page. I am wasting alots of space and paper.

Help would be grealy appreciated. Using Access2000

Thanks

What kind of report is this?
Some quick things to check: In the properties for the detail section, check to see that None is selected for the Force New Page property under Format. If you are grouping your report, also check the Force New Page property is set to None for the Group Header.

Tried that. Still one record per page and could fit quite a few. It is a custumer respons report that I need to create. I have several fields in two columns. Very basic report. But I need to enter several per page.

Thanks again.

How big is your detail section in the design view? If you have a lot of white space between your last field in the detail section and the next report section (ex:page Footer), it is considering all the white space part of the detail. That's about all I can think of without seeing the report design view.
